Yeshiva K’tana of Waterbury celebrated the graduation of its eighth-grade boys at a local high school on June 16, 2025. More than twenty-five graduates were joined by their rebbeim, parents, grandparents, and friends to mark this momentous milestone.
The program opened with a beautiful dvar Torah by Rabbi Shneur Levine, menahel of the Middle School, who also expressed heartfelt gratitude to all those who played a role in shaping the talmidim. Rabbi Yehuda Brecher, menahel, followed with moving divrei preidah to the graduates. After the menahelim’s warm and inspiring words, each boy spoke eloquently, sharing personal expressions of thanks rooted in divrei Torah.
Rabbi Avrohom Lowenthal and Rabbi Yehuda Tzvi Selengut, the eighth-grade rebbeim, then presented each talmid with his diploma and award, accompanied by meaningful divrei brachah. Throughout the evening, the boys shone, reflecting eleven years of remarkable growth at Yeshiva K’tana of Waterbury.
